What exactly does Perpetua do?

We help individuals and families organise the important documents in their lives — things like property papers, identification documents, financial records, insurance policies, and personal wishes letters — so that everything is clearly labelled, logically filed, and easy for a family member to find. We do not give legal, financial, or medical advice, and we are not a law firm or financial service. We focus purely on the organisational and record-keeping side.

How long does each service take?

The Personal Records Inventory Session is typically completed in a single half-day visit. The Family Conversation Facilitation Series runs across three sessions spaced comfortably apart — usually over four to six weeks. The Complete Estate Records Programme is the most thorough, and usually takes two to four visits depending on how many documents your household has. We are always happy to adjust the pace to suit you.

Will you need to see all our personal documents?

We only look at what you choose to show us. The inventory we create records where documents are kept and what they are, but we do not photograph or retain copies of any personal document. You are in full control throughout. If there are any items you prefer to set aside, that is entirely up to you.

Do you work in Thai as well as English?

Our team is comfortable working in both Thai and English. Written inventories and summaries can be produced in whichever language best serves your family, or in both. Please let us know your preference when you make an enquiry.

What is the difference between the Inventory Session and the Complete Programme?

The Inventory Session is a focused first step: we help you list where key documents are and give you a labelled folder set to start with. The Complete Programme goes further — it covers the full household archive, produces a written family briefing explaining each document category, and sets up a secure filing layout you can maintain going forward. Many families start with the Inventory Session and return for the full Programme later.
