These Terms and Conditions set out the basis on which Perpetua provides estate records organisation and information services. Please read them carefully before engaging our services. By booking a session or programme with us, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms.

1. About Us
Perpetua operates as an estate records organisation and information service based in Bangkok, Thailand. Our registered address is:

2. Nature of Our Services
Perpetua provides organisational, educational, and information services to help individuals and families put their personal records and important documents in order. Our work is limited to the following:
- Helping clients create clear, labelled inventories of important documents.
- Facilitating family conversations about record-keeping and planning ahead.
- Assisting households in assembling and organising archives of household documents.
- Producing plain written summaries of where documents are kept and what they contain.
Our services are organisational and informational only. We do not provide legal advice, financial advice, tax advice, estate planning advice, or any form of regulated professional advice. Nothing we say, write, or produce constitutes legal guidance or professional representation of any kind. Where clients require formal guidance — including on entitlements, estate matters, or any official process — we signpost suitable official resources and recommend consulting a qualified professional.
Clients are solely responsible for any decisions they make in connection with their personal affairs, documents, or estate matters.
3. Our Services and Prices
We currently offer three services:
- Personal Records Inventory Session — ฿4,000. A session to help you create a clear, labelled inventory of important documents. Includes a printed inventory and folder set.
- Family Conversation Facilitation Series — ฿15,000. A small-group series to help families hold thoughtful conversations about wishes and record-keeping. Includes printed conversation guides.
- Complete Estate Records Programme — ฿33,400. A thorough programme to help a household assemble a fully labelled document archive and a plain written family briefing. Includes a secure home filing layout.
Prices are quoted in Thai Baht and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to adjust prices for new bookings with reasonable notice.
4. Booking and Payment
Bookings are made by contacting us directly by telephone or email. A booking is confirmed only when we have confirmed availability in writing and you have paid the required deposit or full fee as agreed. Payment details will be provided at the time of booking.
For the Personal Records Inventory Session, full payment is due at the time of booking. For the Family Conversation Facilitation Series and Complete Estate Records Programme, a deposit of 50% is due at booking, with the balance due before the final session.
5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
We understand that circumstances change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- More than 7 days before the first session: Full refund of any amount paid, less a small administration fee of ฿500.
- 3–7 days before the first session: 50% refund of the deposit paid.
- Less than 3 days before the first session: The deposit is non-refundable.
- Rescheduling: We will do our best to accommodate rescheduling requests made at least 48 hours before a session at no additional charge, subject to availability.
If we need to cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer a full refund or a rescheduled date at your choice.
6. Client Responsibilities
To make the most of our services, clients agree to:
- Provide accurate contact details and information about the documents and household matters to be organised.
- Make documents available for organisational purposes during sessions, understanding that we do not copy, photograph, or retain original documents.
- Ensure that any family members or household participants joining sessions have agreed to participate.
- Use the materials and summaries we produce for personal record-keeping purposes only.
7. Confidentiality
We treat all information shared with us during our services with care and discretion. We do not share details of your household affairs, documents, or conversations with any third party except where required to do so by law. Our handling of personal data is described further in our Privacy Policy.
8. Intellectual Property
The printed materials, guides, and templates we provide as part of our services are for your personal use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share them commercially without our written permission. The content of our website, including all text and design elements, remains the property of Perpetua.
9. Limitation of Liability
Perpetua's services are organisational and informational only. We are not responsible for any outcomes arising from decisions clients make in relation to their personal affairs, documents, or estate matters, whether or not those decisions were informed by materials or summaries we produced.
To the extent permitted by Thai law, our total liability to any client in connection with our services shall not exceed the amount paid by that client for the specific service in question.
We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Thai courts.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Changes apply to bookings made after the date of update. If you have already made a booking, the terms in force at the time of your booking will continue to apply to that booking.
